Caroline J. Porter

Caroline J. Porter, age 92, a resident of Racine, left our world to join her lord Jesus in heaven on Saturday May 30^th 2015 at Ridgewood Care Center.

Born on December 2^nd 1922 in Racine WI, she is the daughter of the late Jacob and Caroline (Jung) Denouden.

A lifelong resident of the Racine area she was educated in the schools of Racine.

In 1942 she married George Porter in Racine. He passed in 2000.

She was employed for many years at JI Case in Racine. She attended services at Grace Baptist Church in Racine.

She was active in two different card clubs and enjoyed reading. She loved the Milwaukee Brewers. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by one son; Scott (Carren) Porter of North Carolina; one daughter Linda (William) Fons of Libertyville IL; four grandchildren, Brian (Dominick) Fons, Laura Fons, Mark (Jennifer) Fons, Corrie Loomis and four great grandchildren; Jerin, Evan, Jolie and Amelie. She is further survived by her special cousin Frank Marten and a niece and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister June Kilmer.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 3^rd 2015 at 1:00PM in the Westlawn Memorial Park Chapel at 9000-Washington Avenue in Racine. A time to greet family will be on Wednesday in the chapel from 12:30PM until the time of service. Burial will follow.
