Laura Jane O’Byrne (Webb)

Laura Jane O’Byrne (Webb), age 78, of Kenosha, passed away while surrounded by her loving family on June 27th, 2026, at Froedtert South in Pleasant Prairie, WI. She was born in Chicago on February 28th, 1948, to the late Cordell Webb and Bertha (Adams) Webb. On October 21st, 1967, she married Terrence O’Byrne and remained faithfully married to him until his passing on January 2nd, 2025.  

She is survived by her children: Ann Marie (Richard) Blackshaw, Terrence O’Byrne Jr., Patricia (Donald) Weidner, Christopher O’Byrne, and, grandchildren: Ashley Betke (Steve), Amanda Betke (Hector), Adam (Kristin) Blackshaw, Alex Blackshaw (Nikki), Nick (Jessica) Blackshaw, Joseph (Katie) Weidner, Jessica Weidner, and Ethan O’Byrne ,many great grandchildren, her late brother James (Carol) Webb, her sister Virginia (late Michel) Lamarre, brother Robert Webb, and sister in law: Sandy (John) Casey, as well as many nieces, nephews, and other living relatives and friends.  

Laura was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Terrence J. O’Byrne Sr.; beloved brother-in-law Michael O’Byrne, sister-in-law Mary Anne O’Byrne.

Laura will be laid to rest at Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery next to her husband in a private ceremony. 

A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
