William C. Kroll, a resident of Kenosha, passed away on June 2nd, 2025 at Froedtert Hospital. He was 85 years old.
William was born in Oshkosh to parents Clarence and Beatrice Kroll and spent his early years there. He graduated from Oshkosh High School and then moved to Kenosha for a job opportunity with American Motors. He spent the next 42 years working there as a loyal employee, even earning distinction as Employee of the Year for the Engine Division in 1990.
In his spare time, he was a member of Kenosha Kennel Club and won several awards over the years. He was also a member of Kenosha Senior Citizen’s Club. He was also a devout Catholic and attended Mass at both Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and Our Lady of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
William was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings Carol, Jacquelyn, and Robert. He is survived by his children Karen (Allen) McDowell, Kellie Hall, and stepson James Lesniak. He is further survived by his grandchildren Jennifer (Nathan) Swanson, Jim (Samantha) Kutz, Michael (Amanda) Rauguth, and Rachael (Tyler) Rigney. He is even further survived by his great-grandchildren Cameron, Skyler, Penelope, Thorin, Greyson, and Bennett.
Services for William will be held on Saturday, June 14th, at Beech Pointe Senior Apartments Great Room (920 85th St, Kenosha) at 11am. Visitation with the family will be held from 10am until the time of service.
