Tabatha Faye Jacobson (Forrest), age 43, a lifelong resident of Kenosha, passed away on May 28^th, 2025 at Froedtert South in Pleasant Prairie. She was born on July 11^th, 1981, in Kenosha. On January 11^th, 2008, she married the love of her life Erik Jacobson in Kenosha. Together they spent 17 happy years of marriage together until her passing. She was a devoted homemaker and mother, and loved her family very much. She was the proud mother of 2 and was immensely proud of her children. She also loved becoming a grandmother and taking care of her grand babies.

She is survived by her husband: Erik Jacobson, parents: Robert Perkins and Wanda Perkins, children: Dylan Forrest (Jessie Smith), Maranda Forrest (Myles Welch), grandchildren: Remy Jacobson, Dylan Jacobson, Anika Martin, Mylah Welch, sister: Kristina Forrest (Kevin Suckow), mother in law: Susan Jacobson, nephew: Robert Holt (Alyssa Feasel), niece: Shyanne Revels (Dacoda Revels), as well as many other living relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father in law: Christian Jacobson, and grandmother: Elsie Singleton.

As per the family’s wishes, services will be held privately.
