Patricia LaSalle (nee Hanks), age 86, passed away on January 18th, 2025.
Patricia was born on March 12th, 1938, to parents John and Margaret Hanks, in Somers Wisconsin. She attended and graduated from Kenosha public schools, and gave back many rewarding years to the district through her work in the administration building and in the school libraries. In 1970 she married Thomas LaSalle, and they spent a life of 49 years together. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Betty Schwartz, and her husband Thomas. She leaves behind her son, her grandchildren and a loving extended family.
Patricia was an accomplished bowler in Kenosha and across Wisconsin, a lifelong friend to many, and always loved the company of a cat.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 o’clock on Friday, January 24th 2025 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 714 49th Street, Kenosha Wisconsin. A visitation with the family will be held at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church from 9 o’clock until the time of Mass.
She will be laid to rest with her husband Thomas at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in a private ceremony.
In place of flowers, donations made in Patricia’s name to the Shalom Center of Kenosha, where she volunteered in the soup kitchen, are requested.
