Helen Gilson

Helen Gilson (nee Wronski), a resident of Bristol, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children on September 22^nd 2024. She was 86 years old.

Helen was born on August 12^th, 1938 in Chicago to loving parents Stanley and Joan Wronski. She was educated in Chicago Schools and lived in her hometown until moving to Bristol Wisconsin in 1976 to live and work on the family farm. She and her husband were blessed with two children, Frank and Susan. Helen lived on the family farm until her passing. She loved tending her garden, playing bunco, and going antique shopping.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, a brother John Wronski, sister in law Penny Wronski, and ex-husband Frank Gilson.

She is survived by her children Frank (Sheila Becker) Gilson of Kansasville and Susan Chacon of Chicago, brother Walter Wronski of Richfield MN, sister Lillian Wronski of Chicago, and many other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Helen will be held on Saturday, September 28^th 2024 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (1704 240^th ave, Kansasville Wi) at 11am. Visitation with the family will take place from 10am till the time of Mass. Burial will follow at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery.
