So sorry for your loss Debbie. Jeffrey was very special to Tim, Charleen and I ~ we were so close growing up. But we have all of those wonderful Family memories that can never be lost. Our cousin Jeff will never be forgotten!!! Now he’s in heaven with Auntie Anita, Uncle Gene, and my Dad, his Uncle Frank!

My deepest sympathy Debbie. I had the opportunity to car pool with Jeff for a few years and even though it was a short commute, he was never at a loss for words. I’ll continue to remember those conversations and our days at the USPS together.

    • Shocked and in disbelief. My old neighbor mailman and friend over the last 22 years. Bought my first big set of truck tire from Jeff and enjoyed many cocktails. Always very energetic and loved to joke around giving eachother sh*t. He will greatly missed and I am Just so saddened he couldnt enjoy 20+ years of retirement like he deserved. Taken to early for sure. Love goes out to you Debbie.

  • Jeffery D Fietze says:

Jeff and his wife live across the street from my very good and long time friend James Lee, I got to meet Jeff shortly after they both moved into Mission Hills subdivision, and quickly grew to like him very much. He was always coming over, lending a hand when we worked on cars and trucks, or taking over when we ran into a jam, saved us many times. He also had great knowledge on an immense about of subjects, and I truly enjoyed our many conversations over the years, and looked forward to spending time with him as well when visiting James. He was generous, kind, passionate about his beliefs and opinions which I respected very much, and anyone that met him could tell he loved life and inspired others to do the same. Jeff will be missed by so many, and never forgotten by any of them. RIP my friend. We love you Lupi!!!

  • When I was new to the Post Office and felt overwhelmed Jeff told me “It’s just streets and house numbers. Find the street and you’ll be okay”. Thanks Lupe. 💙

  • Margaret T. Gerber says:

    Debbie,
There’s really no words that can make you feel better right now. But just knowing Family is still here for you(even though it’s been a couple years since I last spoke with my Cuz).
Will ALWAYS remember the Family get-togethers at my Mama & Dad’s home(Steve & Emma Santopoalo, Jeff’s Uncle and Aunt). Jeff always made us laugh and pulled us together on those special occasions. His love for Dogs was unlimited!
I remember when Aunti Anita was so upset that Jeff(when younger) would prefer Mac & Cheese and Cheerios over the delicious meals she would make. But just look at the muscles he had! Amazing! Jeff was and ALWAYS will be Amazing, Loved and so missed by us.
    RIP Cuz…Love you…Margie Gerber(Santopoalo)
