Kate Dischler-Noreen says:
With great sadness, I extend my condolences to the family. I just learned of her passing yesterday at The Friendly Center Christmas gathering. Joyce, with a huge heart of love, shared the same birthday I had with her. Always ready to give a big hug, Joyce was that special person who let you know she loved you and wanted to hear your story. Joyce will always be remembered. I will plant a gingko tree in her honor at my cabin. May Joyce rest in peace. Kate & Bob Noreen
