Jessica Lyn Geniesse

Jessica Lyn Geniesse, 32, of Kenosha left us too soon on March 18th, 2026.  She was born to Tim and Karla on September 18th, 1993 and graduated from Indian Trail High School in 2012.  A lifelong resident of Kenosha, Jessica enjoyed music, fishing, and walking her beloved dog, Ganja, a rescued pit bull, whom she was proud to see certified as a U.S. Service Animal.

Affectionately known to family and friends as “Turkey”, Jessica had a smile that would light up any room.  Cherished for her compassionate heart, she always took care of others, especially her only niece, Nel, with whom she shared an unmatched bond.  Jessica accepted people unconditionally and loved deeply.

Jessica is survived by her loving parents, Timothy and Karla (Anderson) Geniesse; grandmothers, Kathy Geniesse and Marlene Anderson; sisters, Kristina (Patrick Corrado) Geniesse and Samantha (James) Kutz; niece, Penelope Kutz; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She is preceded in death by her grandfather, George Geniesse, and son, Carter.

A memorial service for Jessica will be held at Lord of Life Lutheran Church (5601 Washington Rd, Kenosha, WI 53144) on Friday, March 27th, 2026 at 4:00 P.M.  Prior to the service, there will be a visitation beginning at 2:00 P.M.  In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully welcomes contributions toward funeral expenses. https://gofund.me/efbf836cd

I’m still at a loss for words… 💔 You were truly a joy to be around, always down to ride, always bringing that real, genuine energy. One of Diah’s realest friends for sure, and a beautiful soul who just wanted to live, have fun, and enjoy every moment.

You really messed the game up with this one… heaven definitely gained a real one. I’m going to miss you so much. Rest easy, love
